A. Mowatt, who brings over 15 years of public and private
sector experience to bear, heads SIS, Inc.
Ms. Mowatt has advised domestic and international
clients on a wide array of considerations, covering the
range of real estate asset life cycle issues. Throughout her real estate career Ms. Mowatt was
instrumental in developing process improvements and performance
measurements, as well as handling outsourcing of real estate
transactions to align real estate with overall company strategies.
She has advised clients on portfolio management
and transactions, successfully managing teams of lawyers,
accountants, appraisers, consultants and other professionals,
while serving the specific needs of the client/employer.
Prior to forming SIS, Inc., Ms. Mowatt was International
President of GVA Worldwide, an international organization
comprised of over 2600 real estate professionals in 70 countries.
Ms. Mowatt, a lifelong Chicagoan, holds an A.B. from
Stanford University and a J.D., M.B.A. from the University
of California-Berkeley. In addition to being a licensed attorney,
she is also licensed by the state of Illinois as a real
estate broker. |
